On your broadband router you will find a set of sockets that look like these

There is a similar socket on your box.
The easiest way is to simply connect this socket to one of the ones (usually 4) on your router using a length of network cable with RJ45 plugs on each end

If it's not convenient to run a direct cable there are other ways.
Home Plug adaptors, these use you existing mains wiring to create the link. You need a pair, one by the router the other by your box.
Wirelessly using a wireless bridge, unlike the above this need some setting up and isn't simply a question of plugging in the kit.
