I have a new HD tv but my 9150T does not have a HDMI port and so cannot get HD. Can I get around this or will I have to buy a new Humax with HDMI port. I don't want to give up my Humax!!

    Welcome to the Forum

You will not get HD on the 9150, or did you mean your new TV is not tuning in HD channels?

If you want a recorder capable of recording HD broadcasts then I highly recommend the HDR-FOX T2. It does everything the 9150 does (and a lot of it rather better) plus HD recording plus BBC iPlayer. In addition all sorts of other things are possible if you are given to tinkering.
