Hi there, Anyone experience of both LNB inputs being connected but the box only registers one? Both LNB cables will work on tuner 1 if swapped about but wont register on tuner 2. I've tried factory reset but made no difference. Just a recent issue so I'm guessing faulty box? Any suggestions welcome.
    Thanks Jim.

During the factory reset - how many inputs did it report?

During a factory reset each cable tries to get a signal from 11428 H. If it detects only one it makes a internal connection so that one cable can feed both tuners.

Did you try a factory reset with each cable on LNB1? I ask as if the LNB is defective and unable to do H/V switching only one feed would be detected.

Sorry if I'm missing something but are you asking if I've reset twice with each cable on tuner 1 or are you referring to the LNB connections on the dish? It is a relatively new dish so I suppose the fault could lie there but I assumed as both cables work on tuner 1 input that the dish was ok. So could be a faulty LNB?

With each cable on LNB1 try both BBC1 HD and Channel 5+1.

Thanks, I'll try that and get back, unfortunately can't do it right now. Am I only to connect one cable to the Quad LNB at a time and use both inputs on the box?

Try with just the one connected for the test.
