Hi guys, trying to help someone out on freesat community as they have an issue of their box not updating.
He's done a factory reset which has not resolved, I've suggested a format.
Here's what he says is happening, any ideas what the problem could be?
When updateing it loads half but when it reaches this point it will not load anymore, i have even left it for 6 hours and still no more further progress.
It sometimes does the full down load but it never starts too install it the system just restarts it comes up with an error code e012 with a screen that has a down load page ? but then just restarts with no change to the system.
