I've been experiencing the common problem with "on demand/showcase is unavailable at the moment" which has now been sorted ....but I'm not entirely sure how
I've given up on the wired connection via a 200mbps homeplug and have bought a wireless dongle https://goo.gl/8oNsxC
I've changed my BB supplier from BT to EE (was changing anyway not just to try and get on demand working) and now have the latest Brightbox
I've introduced a wifi extender Netgear EX2700 into the lounge and connected the wifi dongle to it
30 minutes ago I was still seeing the same old message and went back to have another try at sorting but the on demand service was there and working?
The only explanation I have is that the box needed to update itself via the new wifi connection?
Not sure if this helps anyone but given the number of issues I thought I'd post it.
