    Hi,

I had an issue where some of the buttons on my remote weren't being recognised. As I've done before to other remotes, I took it apart, cleaned the PCPB and rear of the keypad to remove the gunk that accumulates, then repainted the affected buttons with new carbon paint and let it dry, then reassembled the remote. My problem now is that the remote sends out a signal that the buttons are pressed - especially the fast forward button - and I can't seem to stop it, other than taking out the batteries. I've taken it apart twice now and very carefully reassembled it and none of the keys appear to be depressed and there is nothing floating around that I can see that could make contact with the PCB to emulate buttons being pressed. Does anyone have any ideas please? I was hoping this was an easy fix, rather than have to blow around £40 on a new remote (and using the app isn't always that easy!).

Thanks in advance of any replies
