Hello - first post - sorry if it’s not appropriate or rambling. For some time have been having failed and unintentional duplicate recordings on almost 3 years old HDR 1100s. Previous successful fix (deleting recordings from around 65% space used to less than 50%) hasn’t worked.
More recently, unable to watch recorded programmes and get message that file format unsupported.
Also sometimes when watching recording box shuts down and/or freezes.
Can anybody suggest/advise fix(es) pls?
This is second HDR we’ve had and on previous one live pause/rewind etc features packed in after about 2 years if HDD space used was greater than 65%.
