Help with adding favourites

Hi, muppet here again!
I wonder if someone can help. I set up favourite channels in the list section when I got the box last week but since ITVHD disappeared from the list I have tried to add it back in but I cannot for the life of me remember how to do it.
I've checked the user manual and googled the problem but I cannot find out how to do it.
Help please!

When in guide scroll left until the channel logo is highlighted, and then press OK, add to favourites is one of the options, highlight and press OK.
