Homeland Jumping,and Skiping

    Hi all,taking a chance in posting here,as the little hair i have has nearly gone !!!!!!!!
    I have a 9150PVT,now then when i record Homeland,and then play it,
    its a nightmare,loss of sound,picture jumping,Ahhhhh,
    Not all of the program tho,just 10/20 second slots.
    Does anyone have the same problems,and if so whats the answer,Please

    Hey yeah, I've got the same problem and it's doing my head in. Watching Homeland it jumped a couple of times during playback and also towards the end. Plus, it always seems to occur at crucial moments. Very frustrating. If it wasn't for the fact I can skip the adverts, I would probably watch it on catch up.

    Anyway, I've been advised to reset to default settings and format the hard disk. I've done both and it has not made a difference.

    So, if anyone has a solution, please let me know too. However, I am very much getting the impression that no one wants to know

    I don't really want to pay out for a new recorder if I can help it.

    This 'skipping playback' on the 9150 and 9300 of certain programmes (first seen on Family Guy and American Dad) has been around for years. Initially Humax couldn't or wouldn't fix it, there is no chance of them doing anything now.

    Also the strange thing is,it doesnt skip,hop,n jump on any other channels,even on 4 on different days,
    BTW, whats the latest box out,and does the skip,hop,n jump
