Does anyone know the C.E.O of Humax UK contact details? I purchased a defective receiver a few weeks ago which has been returned and I am having a terrible job trying to get my refund. Thanks

details on ceoemail website are out of date by 3 years. new ceo is Rob Peacock, but there's no direct contact information for him.
