I cannot get live TV from my 5000T using my H3. Message: "this channel is not available" for all channels. Any ideas?

Just checked and working fine for me.
Try removing the 5000T as the source from the H3 then adding it again.

Hello folks. I’ve tried searching and tried Humax support, they were very little help.
I have the H3 Espresso, when clicking on TVPlayer app it says Error - This content is restricted to the UK.
I am in the UK! Humax support said it could be because of my Sky.com email address, but this baffled me as you’re not required to sign in with an email address.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.| Thu 29 Aug 2024 6:34:12 #54 | -
Maybe your IP address is not UK based?
If you go to a website like https://www.iplocation.net/ it will tell you where your IP address appears to be from.| Thu 29 Aug 2024 13:22:44 #55 | -
Says London, England.

I've just got my H3 out of the cupboard and I'm afraid it's giving the same error message as you. I doublt Humax are supporting it anymore so it might be junk tech now

It’s a shame they don’t support it anymore, I was going to buy another couple of Espressos for the other bedrooms. Bizarre that nothing else yet competes with Sky Q for multi room viewing!| Wed 4 Sep 2024 14:46:20 #58 |
