I have had a problem with our HUMAX box over the last few days. I am being told that our box is not connected to the net. I have double checked all the connections. Checked the settings page on the box & it seems that we are definitely connected. Our broadband connection works fine on our laptops. ITV on demand hasn't been available for a few days but the rest - BBC, CHANNEL5, YOUTUBE etc are now unavailable. Can anyone please help me with this, many thanks & best wishes.

Have you tried a factory default via the settings menu?

Also restart your router and then, after the router has finished rebooting, restart your (unspecified) Humax box.

Thank you for your help & suggestions. The idea of a factory restore gave me an idea therefore I ran a software update. I then turned off the HUMAX box & reset my hub & that sorted everything out. So once again many thanks for your help. Best wishes oscar92
