I had the same symptoms too. Now working here again too. (HDR Fox T2)
However it has always been a bit flaky, and frequently it crashes the HDR Box causing a reboot as I start playing a selected program on iPlayer. My Samsung smart TV (in another room) is much more reliable and resilient in this respect. I suppose it (the T2) is a bit older, but it is very frustrating having to wait for a reboot and to start again from scratch in the program selection.

I have found that the responce to keystrokes can be very slow. If you wait till the key is responded to before pressing another you don't get the reboots.
