Hi the blue light info display on the front of my PVR 2000T is very dim and not easily viewed, unless I get very close. Is there any way of making this display brighter and more easily seen?

Hi the blue light info display on the front of my PVR 2000T is very dim and not easily viewed, unless I get very close. Is there any way of making this display brighter and more easily seen.I am not familiar with a 2000T; do you mean 9200T? If so it is known that the display does get dimmer with age. The only fix is to replace the clock board. A new one can be obtained from Humax for about £40.

The price of the clock boards are £30.70 including delivery.
