Humax TV Portal Problem

    Hi
    I have a Humax Fox HDR T2 and as of yesterday 16th May I cannot get the TV Portal to work.
    When I select TV Portal it just sits there saying 'Loading'.
    Internet and cables all seem fine and it say's the LAN is connected ok.
    Can some kind sole advise if the service is 'down' or is it just me that is affected.

    Portal is ok for me. LAN connected means your box is connected to your network, but it does not mean your box can access the outside internet. I would check your router.

    Hi Chris
    Thanks for your reply advising that the TV Portal was working for you ok.

    Tried another router, various settings, cables etc etc all to no avail.

    Ended up by reinstalling firmware to V1.02.32 and all is back to normal again! Happy bunny now!

    Firmware was previously V1.03.02 and all I can think of is that the unit has suffered an incomplete OTA update maybe?
