One other question, how do you call up program info for a recorded program currently being watched - there seems to be no way to do this without exiting the program ?

There is no simple way of doing this.

You can by going back to the recordings list whilst programme is still playing in background.

The quickest way I have found to do this is HOME > RECENT > OK

One of the things I don't understand though is why the info stays on the screen until I press EXIT when I have the 'Info Display Time' set to 3 seconds. As far as I can see this display time setting doesn't work for any of the on-screen displays. The time bar when used to skip stays on-screen for an annoying 10 seconds. I know that I can press EXIT, but I keep forgetting as I didn't have to with the 9200T.

You can't make this stuff up - pure comedy gold. That is what happens when you do away items like an info button - mad and madder.
