Internet connection

    Hi I have HB1000S. Despite it says I'm connected to the network it says I have no Internet connection.
    Any suggestions what could be causing this would be grateful. Only started last few days.

    Please could you tell us if the box is connected via LAN network port or WiFi? If is connected via the network port are there any Powerline or HomePlug devices involved?

    It's by a homeplug to my router downstairs.

    Try unplugging the Homeplugs at each end for 30 seconds. If that doesn't work, try power cycling the router.
