OK so with my HDR-1000S/1010S I'm getting this error on all my "On Demand" services, sometimes I it works properly, but 99% of the time I just get this error.

    Anyone solved it?

I tried emailing the address on the Humax website listed for UK support, but I get an email back from them saying that user does not exist.

Works OK here on my HDR1000S, both on backwards EPG and from Home screen iPlayer.

It might be the new iPlayer. My laptop shows the iPlayer as being unavailable because my ip address shows as being foreign. might need to try your laptop or something to see if its your ISP thats the problem.

I have the same issue with my 1010S. Emailed Humax but their link does not work. (I tried two addresses from their Undeliverable email response). A work around that works for us is to go via Showcase. Select a BBC program and iPlayer works. You can then stop it and use iPlayer as normal. The On demand menu does not work returning 'error cm02' This is since the software was updated last week.

I also have the 1010S and all on demand services are working fine.

    Am using via wifi.

Yes so do we. In fact the box loses its WIFI occasionally so we have to power off and on again, and re-setup the WIFI. Most annoying. Incidentally once you go in using showcase it works by normal On-demand next time. Most odd.

I had the same issue. I have just done a channel search and it seem to have fixed it.

Not very helpful, but at least they appear to know about it.
