Just setup my new box. I can't see the it player on the On demand menu. I can access it via 903, but shouldn't I see it next to it layer, and the 4OD/5 on demand icons?

    Set my postcode to London.

    Suggestions?

I have same problem - NONE of the On Demand services are showing, and Freetime not working, but can watch ITV player via 903. On-Demand has previously worked fine, used a few times over the last month.

Network connection is fine - checked this through settings and box tells me everything fine.

    Help!!

Are you going backwards into vod with 103 selected. Try guide 103 and left twice.

    Welcome to the forum.

Yes, tried that (and for BBC1 too) but just goes to the previous day screen, with nothing listed (where normally it shows the list of programmes available etc)

    Strange.

You should first get Earlier Today, ITV1 Central West has one entry 12:45 Holiday Home Sweet Home on my box.

Graham, guessing but I would think that this is part of the standard G2 EPG data but on the slowest refresh rate?

mcdunne100 - What signal level do you get on channel 407? (freesat transponder)
Do you leave your unit in standby when not is use or turn if off?

I always leave the unit in standby.

While on 407 go into settings > System info > signal. You will only see signal levels for active tuners. You should also see a message at the foot of the screen confirming dual LNB mode.

Okay, so signal strength on Tuner 1 is 'Good' with about 80% of the bar being light blue(no signal on Tuner 2 but it does confirm 'Freesat box connected with 2 cable').

Was quality also good? Much more important.
