ITV X Missing From The Freeview Play Home Screen

    I switched on my box today and ITV X app is missing from the Freeview menu, all links to the app say that the app is not supported. However, when I go to the android system the app opens fine.

    I'm on the aura 4k system, this hasn't happened to me before. I powered off the machine but still when I pressed the Freeview button the itv x app isn't there.

    Can you please help?
