I’m get this today on some channels I used to get
“The receiver is not receiving a signal or the signal is too weak. “. My local transmitter is DARVEL but I’m loath to do a complete factory reset in case I loose all my recordings and situation is still the same. Any ideas anyone?
Found the problem, my tv is upstairs and the aerial cable was loose for the booster downstairs and all is well again...thankfully I didn’t do factory reset before I found the problem or all my recordings etc would have been lost!

It is never a good idea to do a retune or reset when losing channels, so your caution was very wise. Always check for connection reasons at home - retune only as a very last resort!

For info, recordings are not deleted during a factory reset unless you change the default option and also format HDD.

Schedules and any using settings you may have changed would be reset.
