Lost signal from both tuners

I have a Humax 1100S. Recently several of the programmed recordings have failed so I thought perhaps the dish or LNB had shifted. I am outside the UK and on the limits of reception for UK TV but it is usually fairly good. The weather today has been fine, so no cloud to disrupt reception. The 60cm dish is on a post on my terrace so it can be accessed without too much difficulty. I tried adjusting the dish and LNB using an app on my phone, but then I lost the signal altogether. I decided the LNB must have died, so today I removed it and installed a new one (DUR-line +Ultra Twin). I also redid the cable connectors to the LNB. Still no signal at the Humax. So I ran a different cable from the LNB to the Humax Tuner 1. Still nothing. An old-style Konics satellite finder placed in-line indicates the dish and LNB are aligned OK. Anything else I could try, or is it likely to be the Humax box itself?
