Never had a problem before the app logo is there but no program what I get is see photo attached when I press the back button it takes me straight back to a TV channel not back to other TV Apps I am in the Isle of Wight any one else have this problem? Any ideas would be good. All other apps seem fine think I got STV added do not remember seeing it before.

    Hi Electra,
    Welcome to the Humax forum.

You mention Samsung Smart TV, this is nothing to do with your Humax Freesat box. I can't access your photo so can't see your screenshot.

Can you still get UKTV App via your Humax Freesat box? If yes, then I can only assume that the TV's own UKTV app is no longer supported or needs updating. if this TV a new model or at least 5 years old+? Might be worth contacting Samsung for advice. Please let forum know how you get on. John

The message in the attached photo is "Incorrect link". There was another post about this recently and the solution was to perform a reset to default settings.
