Not a lot of interest then, you must all have upgraded to HD
Will probably be available from the global download site tomorrow, this is an official release, OTA's to be arranged.

The obvious question Barry, any sign of this software version for the 9200?

OTA's have been provisionally booked, I will post dates as soon as they are confirmed.

Has anyone tried v26 on their 9300 yet, has it improved the AR performance for programmes that start before their scheduled time? As the filename is PVR-9300T_1.00.26(a4_39).hdf I assume loader version a4.39 is included in the file, is this correct and what improvement does a4.39 bring?

As a matter of interest Barry, do you know what the mechanism was that was causing series link recordings to be dropped from the schedule? I could never see a pattern.

No Martin, seemed random to me eg when some users reported their F1 timer had disappeared/not updated I always found mine were OK. I did suspect the number of timers set was relevant at one stage.

When I go on holiday I switch my 9200 off at the mains and this is the only time I can guarantee losing series links so I suppose this is a pattern. Not all series links disappear, it's the ones that have missed several episodes over the 'mains off' period such as Corro and Emmerdale that go, other series links like MotoGP and F1 are still there. My friend's 9300 did the same thing when we were away for two weeks in June.

I can't see how the affected series links can disappear while the machine is disconnected from the mains so I'm assuming they are cleared at first boot after the 'mains off' period.

    9300 OTA of version 1.00.26

    Mon 1st Aug 2011 - Wed 3rd Aug 2011.

    Edit:

Questions I missed from biggles in post 14 for which I apologise.

    1. If you update via serial the HDF file includes a new loader, the OTA will not update the loader. The only changes between loaders are concerned with factory 'stuff' so you do not need 4.39 anyway.

    2. As for timings, using the The One Show which always starts early, and comparing a 9150 (V26) to 9200 (V23)

The 9150 captures the BBC Logo before programme, and starts to record some 35/40 seconds earlier.
