    Hi

I have had a small problem with my 9300T and wondered if anyone has seen it before.

On Monday, it recorder Home and Away on 5 1314 to 1346 non series linnked weekday, twice!

It completely forgot about Michael Portillo on BBC at 1830 and Corri at 1930, both series linked. They were in the guide to be recordered.

At 2030, it recorded Corrie 3 times! I also noticed when the recording started it said Channel 1 1414 to 1446! The recodered programs were also showing as Chan1.

Anyone ever seen anything like this?

    Thanks

    Mike

This sounds as though the file system is becoming corrupt, which is a common problem. Easiest solution is to watch any important recordings and then format the drive from the HDD Control entry in the Record Menu (default password is 0000).

    Hi martin

Thanks for your reply. I thought a format might be the only answer. There are 60+ recordings on the HDD!

If I bought a replacement drive, is there any way of viewing the old drive from outside of the 9300? I have a 9200T with the USB cable mod and a HDR-Foxt2 with the custom firmware.

The only way I can think of doing it is to connect the 9300 drive to a PC and use humaxrw to copy the .ts files to the PC. You can then FTP them to the HDR-FOX T2. Neither the 9200 nor the HDR can read the 9300 file system.
