For about a week now I seem to have lost the channel ident images/icons, all I get is just text in its place.

The TV Guide/Recordings has just the channel name as text while the showcase list shows a black rectangle with white border which I assume is the missing image.

    Anybody got any ideas?

    Cheers,

    Owain

Not sure if this is relevant but is your network connection OK?

    Welcome to our Forum

Is on demand working OK, ie internet connection to unit is working.

    Possible fixes if above OK:

    1. Factory reset unit - make a note of your timers as you will have to reschedule them.

    2. Download last file on the following link and upload to unit (instructions are included with file)

Edit: REPASSAC beat me to it

Thanks for the responses, I can see and play on demand services fine and my internet connection seems to working well, as that was the first thing I thought of.

Will look at the file from Humax Beta to see if that helps before resetting the box.
