It could do with some sort of explanation.
You've posted in the "WELCOME to the forums" section without mentioned what you are referring to, nor why you think multiple accounts have been removed, or from what those accounts have been removed from.
Profound apologies to all.
I am a long-suffering Humax HB-1100S Freesat user.
The functionality is generally great despite Humax withdrawing from Freesat
a while ago. The mobile app is also very good and supported remote recording
requests which I use a lot.
And then it just stops working. No forewarning from Humax. Ny account has been
removed and they're apologetic for any inconvenience...
Very frustrating.

Thanks for the responses.
The app is pretty pointless without the remote recording so offloaded until Freesat reconsider and reinstate user accounts etc.
