This is mind boggling My elderly parents(80+82)have had a 9150T for just over a year and then it stopped working and needed to be reset everytime. At first I thought it was just overheating and made some adjustments to the enviroment getting more air around it that seeemed to help but every week on Wednesday it would stop working and even any programe which had been set up on a series link had to be redone on Thursday morning. I will say that like a lot of older people my parents do switch everything off before going to bed at night but i did get them to leave it on for a whole week and it still stopped working on Wed.My parents have been in touch with the help line but they just take them through the restting procedure.....So if anybody has any ideas it would be most greatful......Thanks Mark

Welcome to the Forum
Strange one this. To start with what software version does the unit have?

i'm not sure what software version it has but it has had all the updates and i have no clue as to why Wednesdays, My mother did ask if it would have anything to do with the digital signals being moved around for the switch over.......

Do you happen to know which transmitter they receive their signals from?
Is there any on screen message when the problem materialises?

Someone on a different forum, different username, has similar problems, and it appears in their case the software uploaded is not the latest version.
Perhaps a careful check of version in use?

i'm not sure what software version it hasTo look up the software version number use the following sequence of the remote's buttons
Menu (this will display the initial menu screen)
5 (this will display the 'system' screen)
1 (this will display the 'status' screen)the second line down 'Software Version' is the one to look at and to report back on. If up to date then it will say '1.00.26' at the end of the line.
