    I rather suspect that no firmware update is necessary for this. freesat have said they have been testing for a long time now.
    I think the holdup is at the broadcasters end.

    Was it coincidence that we had a firmware up date yesterday and 4OD is launched today?

    No firmware update here? 4od not working. I am in Halifax and its saying not available in your area. YouTube videos not working again today. So... which train am I on?

    Yep. Bbc iplayer, 4od, and YouTube working fine on iPad, iPhone, ps3 and pc. Humax kaput. Restarted it etc.. No on demand stuff is working. Itv player is, but it always does.

    Try a factory reset then, if that fails you try try upoading the latest reset file see the last file in list on:
