    Hi,

much of Netflix's content is 24p. Does the HB1100S display this content at 24p or does it convert it to 50 or 60fps?

    TIA,
    H.

Depends on your output settings. It's always 50Hz based so if you have 1080p selected, you get 1080p50.

It always looks good by the way.

In general 24p playback is only widely available on bluray based devices. My LG bluray supports 24p (1080p24) using the usb media player. Same files played back on a G2 box play back at 1080p50.

    Welcome to our forum.

Thanks for the advice. It makes sense that a device that would ordinarily not work at 24p would not implement it simply for an additional streaming service.

I can't watch 24p material that has undergone 3:2 pulldown or otherwise converted to 25/50Hz. I find the judder too disturbing on panning shots. At the moment I'm watching it on Kodi 18 which is a fairly good solution, if not perfect.
