New HDR-1010S - old HDR 1000s remote compatability

    anyone know if the old remote will work with the new box?

    i bought 2 extra remotes for my old box planked around the house, and the box has completely died.

    cool.

    I see there is a home button on the new one.

    as long as Humax hasn't changed the I/R codes, i am onto a winner. an extra remote for my conservatory!!
