I have searched the manual but cant find the info i need, I just realised i missed a programme but found it was repeated on Thursday however i couldn't find a way of bringing up Thursdays programmes in the guide other than fast forwarding to the the right day, can anyone tell me how to bring up different days in the guide please.....thank you.

The two buttons above yellow and blue buttons skip backwards and forwards in 24 hr skips. The two to the left skip a few hours at a time.
Tappping in a channel number while viewing the epg jumps to the channel epg line. eg 119 takes you to ITV-HD wherever you are in the epg.

Hello all, can anyone tell me if it's possible to leave out adverts during recordings, i have googled this and looked in the manual but can't see how to do it, thanks in advance.

You cannot leave them out, but you can skip through them quickly using the |<< >>| keys. Skip settings are user configurable.
