Hi, if you still have the problem you could try re-installing the software from a usb memory stick. It can be downloaded from the Humax website support page and there's a set of instructions to follow. I did this for my HDR-1100S; it wasn't finding the Freesat satellite when I got it so I tried re-installing the software and went into the setup again to find the unit was fully working.
