Fanatastic! All sorted, I think it must have been something to do with the installer doing a factory reset.

The factory reset was needed to change your Foxsat from single to dual cable mode. Without it the box would still think it only had a single feed. If you had changed any other settings from default (Box volume for instance) they will need re-setting.
