I’m new to the forum. I’ve just set up my new Humax Aura, after setting up the relevant accounts could access the Catch-Up channels without difficulty. On trying to access the Catch-Up channels tonight, all I get is a black screen without sound. This applies to all of the catch up channels. My internet is working fine and there is an Ethernet connection to the Humax. On setting up, Firmware was updated to latest version.
Any ideas please? I should add I’ve used Humax for years and never had issues before.
