Hi. We have not used the box for a couple of years.
I have tried to tune the channel back in but they keep dropping out.
If I put arial lead directly into TV I have no problem.?

    Hi Terry,

Welcome to forum. Try returning with aerial unplugged to obtain zero channels. This clears channel memory. Then replug aerial and try another retune. Should hopefully now have channels. If not, then there is something wrong somewhere in your setup.

Have a good and please let forum know if this worked or you need more help. John L

Not on all Humax boxes, and at least for some very old boxes it depends on which version of the software the box has.

Which Humax model do you have? You've posted in the Welcome section where people introduce themselves and therefore you have not given much away in terms of any clues.
Which version of software is the box using? This will be available with the menus, often via "System".

Please would you also explain what you mean by "dropping out"? E.g. Is it that the tuning is disappearing. E.g. Is it that the tuning stays but the picture and sound disappears or pixelates?
