    Hello everyone.
Advice please - the digital display on the box is no longer displayed. I noticed that it has updated in June to the latest software 1.00.54 and it is likely that this is about when the display disappeared.
Tried leaving the box off for 24hrs - no luck.
Unable to do a factory reset from the settings menu as only power options available. All other options that were here are now missing ie. not displayed.
    Any help much appreciated.
Problem with this box is to decide what's a software glitch or when the box is in fact broken.

    Welcome to the Forum

Try uploading the reset file from here:

Last item in list, once downloaded the zip file contains info on how to upload.

    Hi Barry,
Thanks for the info. before I do this there has been a change.
On leaving the box off for another 24hr, lo and behold the settings menu had the correct settings including the factory default option.
Had a go with restoring the box to the factory settings, no problems in setting the box back up again, however no LED display on the box. The box works OK but it is a pain deciding if it is on or off.
Unless the display can be switched off and on with the software or by something on the box itself it looks like the box is probably faulty and will have to be returned.
Anyway do you have any thoughts on this.

I think it will have to be exchanged as faulty.
