For past week or so, I can't get anything on Showcase or On Demand even though internet is connected and showing up.
Don't want to revert to factory settings because last time I lost a lot of recordings I had plus I have a lot of future recordings I don't want to miss out on.
It just says ' This should take less than 1 minute so please try again shortly.'
Says this on both of them.
Any ideas?
This is original white 1010 box

A factory reset should not in any circumstances delete existing recordings (Only a disk format does that). You do lose your recording schedule. photographing it with a digital camera makes it simple to re-enter.

You don't lose recordings when you do a factory reset, so if last time you lost them it was not a factory reset you were doing. You do lose the recording schedule for future pgms, take a photo of the screen for re-establishing them.

I suggest a standby cycle and a 1 min wait before you do anything.

Sorted!
Connected via Ethernet cable and all is well again, for some reason, it said it was connected via wireless but couldn't have been. Everything showing up now.
Thanks for the replies...| Fri 25 Mar 2016 20:50:03 #5 |
