I'm posting for my sister whose Hummy has suddenly lost the aerial signal on all channels and the EPG is empty.
She can play recorded programmes only.
We suspected aerial damage maybe from fireworks, but it's OK - if connected directly to the TV (instead of via the Hummy) it works fine and she can then get a TV picture.
We would be grateful for any suggestions please - couldn't find anything relevant on FAQs.
    Many thanks.

I would start by doing a reset to default settings.

    Thanks Martin.

I've tried a default reset, but no change unfortunately.

Hummy is a 9300T and if it's any help:

    Hardware version: REV 1.0
    Software version: UPTTF 1.00.23
    Loader version: a4.36

Any further suggestions from anyone out there most welcome.

Have a very careful look at the aerial cable (or try another one) to be certain that it isn't faulty.

Thanks, aerial looks fine and when it's plugged directly into the TV, reception is normal. However when it's routed via the Hummy in the usual setup, there is no signal to Hummy or TV.
That would suggest to me that something has failed in the Hummy but I have no idea what to try next - I hope it's something simple that can be repaired.
    Thank you.
