No sky news

I have just taken delivery of a second AURA box and I cannot see Sky News on it. No Channel 233, yet I have no problem on my original AURA.

Any advice we come please.

Test the signal then rescan

Signal Issue.
Incorrect Group antenna, or Universal antenna not aligned?

Can you receive Sky Arts on channel 11?

Thanks to all. I've done a rescan and all is now well. Sky News and Sky Arts now available.
