    Hi all, I have disconnected the LAN cable from the humax to the TV and now Wlan is accessible, I have selected it and put in my password and WOW all is now logged in to the Internet.

    On Humax equipment (and some others) that I've used if it is detected that the Ethernet port is being used then the Wi-Fi is automatically suppressed.
    This has come up before on Humax forums, where someone wants to connect to their router via LAN and Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi menu options are greyed out due to the Ethernet cable.

    But now try to get LAN working when you've accidentally enabled WiFi. Turning off WiFi once enabled doesn't seem obvious, at least to me. That's when you (probably) need to resort to what I described earlier.
