I noticed this morning that about 10 old schedules had re-appeared at the bottom of my schedules list. Obviously, these all showed no upcoming programmes as all the series had finished weeks ago. Some examples: "The Catch", "24 Hours in A&E", "Surgeons at the Edge of Life" etc.

My question is, how can this happen?

Had you deleted the old schedules? If not they hang around; on other Humax Freeview boxes I think it is for 13 weeks and they are then automatically deleted; I am not sure if the Aura does this.

The schedules had previously been deleted. However, I think I may have discovered the reason. Several days previously I had restored a backup of my settings. Looking at the help description applying to Backup it says that the schedule is also backed up. So I assume my restoration included the old schedule from an earlier backup.

Yes that makes sense; thanks for clarifying.
