On Demand has stopped working. My Network Connection is saying “Great, you are connected with an ethernet cable” and “Connect Automatically” is highlighted, but when I select “On Demand” the menu did come up a few minutes ago but when I tried to open iPlayer etc, it said I had to connect. But now I’ve just tried again an it says that On Demand is not currently available. On Demand is working on my TV and my BT freeview recorder.

I’ve turned the Freesat recorder on and off without success so I decided to reset it. But when I open “System settings” it’s on power saver and I don’t seem to be able to get it back so I can choose to reset it.

    Any ideas please?

It’s working now, I just had to turn it off and on again. I couldn’t find an on/off switch so I unplugged the power supply.

Hi just had the same problem (On demand not currently available) and, after reading this post, I tried a hard reset - pulled out the mains cable. It worked straight away after that. Thanks
