I have an ex pat friend in France who cannot access On Demand because she is connected to Orange France Broadband. Is there any work round to get the On Demand features?

You could get them to try a VPN like Hide my ass

They would be better off with an Amazon Fire TV Stick and a VPN.

I am in France and this works well for me. I use Ivacy VPN.
