I have the HB 1000S - on Sunday it refused to give me access to the On demand function. I tried everything - rebooted router, recycled power to the box but says 'on demand not available'. It is connected to router via a homeplug adaptor (also tried changing that to no avail).
This has been happening for 4 days now - what else can I try?

Does the router admin page show that the box is connected to it?

Problem solved! Rather embarrassing but the cable from the homeplug adaptor had dropped out of the back of the router!
