One For All Remote - Custom shortcut links

Is it possible to create shortcut links on my One for All remote controll? I got this as it controlls all my devices and especially for volume, it only controls my amp and not the TV or the Humax 1100s box (which is set to max).

Anyway, i've been looking if its possible to create shortcuts somehow so when I pressed one of the spare buttons on my new remote, I can set them up so once pressed, it would load up on demand, or videos so I cna get to stuff quicker.

It depends on which model of remote you have.
Some of the OFA remotes have a macro function that will let you assign a sequence of key presses to a single key whereas others functions are fixed.
By any chance does it have a USB socket or pins under the battery cover? Or an LCD screen?

Oh is that what the macros are?

I have the URC 7980, really impressed with it so far.

I read about the macro functions but didn't realise exactly what they are!!
