well yes and of course thanks for replying. However where it says "Go to settings on your freetime box and choose freesat ID" is the bit I am stuck on.

Where is this section in the menu?

    Hello Barry
I have a Humax1010s and am unable to access the ID section to get an ID code. I have confirmed I am. Connected to the internet via setting section . But when I go to I D section it greys out and tells me to get an internet connection and try again . Can you or any other members advise me. Or am I lucky Eddie and have a duff box I see here there have been some. I purchased mine from Humax direct.
    Thanks
    Kind regards llol2339

Can you access the on demand players?

    Try resetting router, and 1010S.

Hi all!! Having a same problem as TS. Mayhap the issue of the problem is that my Humax box isn't connected to satellite dish? I'm using non-freetime option usually. I'm sure box is connected to broadband because choosing automatic connection option it's works showing device's IP and availability to use BBC iPlayer and ITV Player saying <Great, you're connected>. But trying to use those options...see pics

Does anb able to advise me, please.

Ups...have forgotten to say. I'm connected through KC's network ZyXEL router.
