Received brand new Aura today, am used to Humax, put in 0000 as password, obviously wrong, put in 1111 but nothing happens on channel search, do I have to do factory reset or what, sorry it’s basic but frustrating ...

Default password is 0000 (4 zeros)
Confused as channel search should be carried out as part of the set up process.
