I think I misunderstood should I press the ok on the power down, to stop it turning off, as you can tell not very computer savvy

Did you want to stop it power down on its own in future as well as the next time you get the message?

If you want to stop it power down on its own then there is a setting in the menus that you can set to stop it attempting to power down after 3 hours.

I mentioned the setting in post #4
