I have upgraded the hdd on my 9200T from it's 160GB IDE to a new 500GB SATA drive, in a nutshell i can see the 500GB in windows using HUMAXRW but can't find the 160GB, that was connected via USB so i presume i needed to go via the motherboard SATA ports so i bought a part to connect IDE drive to SATA port that went fine going back into windows and again using HUMAXRW i get the following errors, this one came first

I am now getting "FAT: invalid argument" while googling that it would seem the drive has a corrupted file system or partition table is broken, so anyway i can get stuff from the 160GB back over to the 500GB or is it lost for good?
